The Body Retinol should be used at night. If you are new to retinol consider a patch test. Apply to areas where treatment is needed. Apply to clean skin. Do not apply a moisturizer on top. Start by applying The Body Retinol once a week, graduating to every night. Use sunscreen prior to sun exposure.
