      How do I use The Shampoo?
      The Shampoo is designed for use as part of your everyday scalp and hair care system. On wash day, use The Shampoo as your cleanse ritual. Follow with The Conditioner and The Scalp Serum for best result. Apply The Shampoo onto wet scalp and hair. Rinse well.

      The Shampoo is formulated with ingredients that are safe for color-treated hair. The Shampoo is formulated without Alcohol, Silicones, Sulfates, Phthalates, Parabens, PEGs, or Synthetic Fragrance. The Shampoo is Hypoallergenic, Dermatologist-Tested and Non-Comedogenic. Please note Nécessaire has not run a formal panel test on color-treated hair.

        Favorite Shampoo

        Love how clean and shiny my hair feels. I have thin hair and had a lot of breakage. after just a few uses it’s hardly noticeable now. Definitely worth the investment!

        my HG shampoo

        i looked for a go-to shampoo for years and this is it. my hair and scalp have always been fussy—scalp gets greasy quickly (<24 hours), has grits/flakes, and gets itchy. this shampoo is gentle, leaves my hair feeling clean, silky, and slightly voluminous, allows my hair to go 36 hours before looking greasy, and has greatly reduced any itchiness or grits in my scalp. i've had it on subscription for over a year and have no urge to experiment with other shampoo. just a great product that i hope to use for years to come.

        Curly hair approved!

        I was skeptical about buying this shampoo and conditioner because I have thick curly hair (3c/4a) but I I decided to give it a chance. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean my hair felt afterwards, especially because of all the product I use daily. The conditioner softened my hair and I followed it up with up with other products and it was perfect.
