The Shampoo is formulated without Sulfates and Drying Alcohols - two key contributors known to negatively affect color vibrancy and shine. The Shampoo does not contain Silicones, Parabens, PEGs or Synthetic Fragrance. Note: Nécessaire has not conducted a clinical perception study regarding safety for Color- and Chemically-Treated hair.

The Shampoo can be used daily, or as needed. Massage into wet scalp and hair. Rinse well. Follow with The Conditioner.

During the formulation process we optimize the pH as we believe it directly impacts skin's ability to recognize key ingredients and reap their benefits. The pH product will vary pending the design purpose of the product. On the packaging we provide a pH range as the pH may vary during the manufacturing process and/or slightly change over time.

The Shampoo is gluten-free as confirmed by our ingredient suppliers. The Shampoo is not certified gluten-free, soy-free or nut-free. The Shampoo is manufactured in a facility where gluten, soy and nuts may be used. If you have an allergy to gluten, soy or nuts, we recommend that you do not use this product. If you still wish to try, please consider a patch test.

We formulate with clean, effective ingredients and without ingredients on the EU's prohibited substances list (Regulation No.1223/2009, Annex II). The Shampoo is Dermatologist-Tested and Hypoallergenic. If you have any specific concerns, we recommend consulting your doctor.
