The Body Serum can be used daily. Apply all over body or to areas where extra hydration is needed. Follow or mix with moisturizer. Recommended regimen order: Step I. Exfoliate Step II. Cleanse Step III. Treat Step IV. Moisturize

The Body Serum is manufactured in a facility where gluten, soy and nuts may be used. If you have an allergy to gluten, soy or nuts, we recommend that you do not use this product.     Such an amazing product that really helps to add more hydration to your skin on your body. I mix it with the body lotion and I love the combo. I have noticed my skin becoming more even and super hydrated and no dry elbows. Love that it is not sticky and actually absorbs into your skin. Also, you get a lot of product in the bottle! Highly recommend
